Palm Harbor: Just as its name suggests, the Palm Harbor celebrates all things tropical with rattan detail resembling palm fronds. Its rich finish and comfortable seating works perfectly for a variety of room settings and uses. Available in deep seating and dining options.

Construction: Sturdy natural rattan pole framing with natural peel or leather wrapping. Rattan pole is one of nature’s strongest organic materials and is both eco-friendly and highly renewable.

WOOD TOP UPGRADE OPTIONS AND DISCLAIMER

Our wood tops are 1 inch thick and made of all-natural solid hard Maple wood. They are unfinished and can be stained by you as you wish to best match your dining base. They ship to you free and separate from the rest of your dining set. You can decide how best to attach the wood top to your Rattan table base. Some ideas to attach are by using wood screws that go through your base and up into the table top, or by using glue, or both. Careful aligning of the top before attaching is recommended. Its also important to note that if you use a drill and screws to attach your top, they are the correct length so they don’t penetrate out through the top of the table top.
DISCLAIMER: The methods you decide to use to secure your wood top to your table base are completely up to you. If your table top or dining base or both are damaged during your process of attaching to your table base, or damaged during staining, American Rattan cannot be held responsible and there are no returns or refunds allowed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION

Indoor All-Natural Wicker and Rattan

Natural rattan and wicker furniture will last for many years when placed indoors. It should never be placed outside or where it could be exposed to rain, sun, or high humidity, which can damage it. It can be placed on a covered porch as long as it doesn't receive direct sun or rain and there is good ventilation to avoid excessive humidity. When cleaning rattan, simply wipe it with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using furniture polish or sprays, as over time the chemicals can damage the finish. For woven wicker furniture, vacuum or dust with a feather duster, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.

Outdoor Poly Rattan and Teakwood

Outdoor poly furniture frames are designed to withstand exposure to the elements like rain and sun. All-natural teakwood, acacia, and balau wood furniture will not rot outdoors, but the finish will fade and discolor over time when fully exposed. Ideal locations for placing your outdoor furniture include covered lanais, patios, porches, and sunrooms. The fabric used for outdoor cushions is made from polyester and acrylic. Sunbrella is a well-known U.S. manufacturer of outdoor fabrics, and their fabrics are commonly used on outdoor furniture. While these fabrics have higher tolerance to the elements, they will eventually fade and age if exposed for long periods. For cleaning your cushions, if they have zippered covers, remove them, wash in cold water, and air dry to prevent shrinking. If the covers are not removable, use a soap and water mixture to thoroughly wipe down the cushions. After drying, spraying the cushions with Scotch Guard fabric protection can help prolong their life.

Warranty Information

American Rattan guarantees a damage-free delivery to your home. If your item is damaged, the bill of lading must always be annotated with information about the damage. If the damage is severe and beyond repair, refuse to accept the item, annotate the bill of lading, and keep a copy. Beyond delivery, the manufacturers offer a minimum warranty of at least one year, covering issues such as breakage or cracking of the furniture's wood or rattan frames. Please email your representative or visit our Contact page if you want to file a warranty claim. We will provide the manufacturer's specific warranty information and work diligently on your behalf to address warranty issues between you and the manufacturers. Note that cushions are not covered under warranty due to their varied nature of use and susceptibility to staining, damage, and fading.
