CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION

Cleaning Instructions for Indoor and Outdoor Cushions

Step 1 - prepare a bowl or bucket of soapy water (do not add bleach). Dip a
small clean towel into the soapy water. Using your soapy towel rub off the stain
or marks with the soapy towel. You can follow this up by wiping with a non-soapy
wet towel to remove the soap. Finally, air dry your cushions in a warm location.

Step 2 (use only with zippered cushions) After you try Step 1 above but your
cushions are still dirty you can carefully remove the covers an wash them in a
washing machine. Use "cold water" and hang them to dry. DO NOT dry in a dryer as
they could shrink.

Finally, if they still aren't clean to your liking you can take the covers to
a dry cleaner location. Be sure to let them know that the covers cannot shrink
during their cleaning process.

Indoor All-Natural Wicker and Rattan

Natural rattan and wicker furniture will last for many years when placed indoors. It should never be placed outside or where it could be exposed to rain, sun, or high humidity, which can damage it. It can be placed on a covered porch as long as it doesn't receive direct sun or rain and there is good ventilation to avoid excessive humidity. When cleaning rattan, simply wipe it with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using furniture polish or sprays, as over time the chemicals can damage the finish. For woven wicker furniture, vacuum or dust with a feather duster, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.

While these fabrics have higher tolerance to the elements, they will eventually fade and age if exposed for long periods. For cleaning your cushions, if they have zippered covers, remove them, wash in cold water, and air dry to prevent shrinking. If the covers are not removable, use a soap and water mixture to thoroughly wipe down the cushions. After drying, spraying the cushions with Scotch Guard fabric protection can help prolong their life.
