Step 1 - prepare a bowl or bucket of soapy water (do not add bleach). Dip a
small clean towel into the soapy water. Using your soapy towel rub off the stain
or marks with the soapy towel. You can follow this up by wiping with a non-soapy
wet towel to remove the soap. Finally, air dry your cushions in a warm location.
Step 2 (use only with zippered cushions) After you try Step 1 above but your
cushions are still dirty you can carefully remove the covers an wash them in a
washing machine. Use "cold water" and hang them to dry. DO NOT dry in a dryer as
they could shrink.
Finally, if they still aren't clean to your liking you can take the covers to
a dry cleaner location. Be sure to let them know that the covers cannot shrink
during their cleaning process.
Natural rattan and wicker furniture will last for many years when placed indoors. It should never be placed outside or where it could be exposed to rain, sun, or high humidity, which can damage it. It can be placed on a covered porch as long as it doesn't receive direct sun or rain and there is good ventilation to avoid excessive humidity. When cleaning rattan, simply wipe it with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using furniture polish or sprays, as over time the chemicals can damage the finish. For woven wicker furniture, vacuum or dust with a feather duster, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
Outdoor poly furniture frames are designed to withstand exposure to the elements like rain and sun. All-natural teakwood, acacia, and balau wood furniture will not rot outdoors, but the finish will fade and discolor over time when fully exposed. Ideal locations for placing your outdoor furniture include covered lanais, patios, porches, and sunrooms. The fabric used for outdoor cushions is made from polyester and acrylic. Sunbrella is a well-known U.S. manufacturer of outdoor fabrics, and their fabrics are commonly used on outdoor furniture. While these fabrics have higher tolerance to the elements, they will eventually fade and age if exposed for long periods. For cleaning your cushions, if they have zippered covers, remove them, wash in cold water, and air dry to prevent shrinking. If the covers are not removable, use a soap and water mixture to thoroughly wipe down the cushions. After drying, spraying the cushions with Scotch Guard fabric protection can help prolong their life.
American Rattan guarantees a damage-free delivery to your home. If your item is damaged, the bill of lading must always be annotated with information about the damage. If the damage is severe and beyond repair, refuse to accept the item, annotate the bill of lading, and keep a copy. Beyond delivery, the manufacturers offer a minimum warranty of at least one year, covering issues such as breakage or cracking of the furniture's wood or rattan frames. We will provide the manufacturer's specific warranty information and work diligently on your behalf to address warranty issues between you and the manufacturers. Note that cushions are not covered under warranty due to their varied nature of use and susceptibility to staining, damage, and fading.

We were decorating our Cape Coral canal home and wanted a coastal, beachy look. We ordered 2 Southport arm chairs in the Antique Pacific finish and a seashell pattern fabric. Ive never loved furniture in my life like I love these chairs. We designed them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We visited the Edison and Ford Museum and Homesteads in Ft Myers Florida. Walking around the old homes we saw alot of Antique American traditional wicker chairs. The chairs were very ornate and beautiful and we decided we also wanted some for our own home. We found American Rattan and their Gazebo chairs although new Wicker chairs had the same appearance. We chose the white stain and Cypress Midnight Fabric. We were floored at how pretty it all looked when it was delivered and we set it all up.
The table we ordered was delivered by L&S Logistics today. The shipment was well packed and the 2-piece table was in perfect condition (table base and the top). The table looks beautiful and we are very happy with it. I had searched many rattan furniture websites and this was the only rattan table with a wood top, instead of a glass top that I found. It looks very nice with our rattan chairs.
